Teens with ADHD who text and drive at higher risk than non-ADHD teens
Teens with ADHD who drive are at an even greater than teens without ADHD who drive (who are already considered high risk!). A new study found that adolescents with ADHD change their lane more frequently and change speed often when distracted. The test was done with driving simulation under three conditions: no distraction, texting and a cell phone conversation.
