Vision brain training video game improves baseball skills
Researchers had 19 baseball players complete 30 sessions (25 minutes per session) of a vision-training video before the star of the NCAA division 1 season. The players’ visual sharpness improved and they became more sensitive to contrasts in light. Some players even saw their vision improve to 20/7.5. In addition, batting went up and strikeouts went down.
